Why should you care about data privacy, even if you think you have "nothing to hide"?
Because our data is being used to push increasingly polarized content and capitalize on divisiveness.
Disrupt surveillance capitalism. Take back your privacy. Use Tor.

🍂 Today marks the beginning of the autumnal equinox, when day and night are nearly equal, and the first day of astronomical fall in the Northern Hemisphere. 🍁 Why equinoxes only happen twice in Earth’s year-long trip around the Sun: go.nasa.gov/32T3R9J

So, is SSense adding OUR sets to their Pinterest profile and saying that belong to them? What a shame! If you guys see fashion sets full of butterflies an flowers, autumn themed, and outfits predominantly pink or goth, that set is probably mine. #PolyFam xitter.cf/SharpLilTeeth/status/9…

If #Polyvore with 20 MILLION USERS & DECADE+ of WORK could be DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE - who is safe really...? It's just a matter of time when all of this will affect some of you PERSONALLY. Now, keep chillin' @ssense @oath #bringbackPolyvore #bringPolyvoreback

You acquired the users DB, that's ok, but there's something I'm missing. I have three questions about Polyvore:
Who has the code?
Who is the owner of the domain?
Who decided to shut the site down? And why?
Sorry for my English, I'm from Spain.

it wasn't YOUR decision to shut down a whole community? you don't have the "ability" to bring it back? THEN WHO DOES? who has the codes to bring it back. none of this situation makes ANY sense. you're not answering any real questions, it took 5 days to address anything,

I've downloaded my @polyvore files, and I have to say: @SSENSE it's just pathetic and ridiculous like the Excel files you created. Sets, drafts, templates and uploads are in jpg everything else in uninterpretable Excel files with mainly codes. @oath #polyvore #BringBackPolyvore

And they are ignoring us. Maybe we should flood their Customer Service with #polyvore messages instead of tweeting for/about them. It's as dirty as they treated us users. #Polyfam #BringBackPolyvore – at Gödöllo, Hungary

ssense has obliterated one of the world’s largest online community of graphic collage artists. Our content should have sufficient stature to be legally protected. #BringBackPolyvore

Rami Atallah is the CEO of the company that made the decision to eliminate #Polyvore
He’s the one that should be hearing this, not some tech worker.
