🚨 NO smart-contracts on $DAG PacaSwap Pools ! The liquidity pools on our DEX PacaSwap do NOT use traditional smart-contracts. So where are your tokens and how does it work ? Small thread ⬇️ @Conste11ation Network uses a unique Layer-0 Hypergraph Transfer Protocol architecture, a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) structure, not the account-based or EVM-models (Ethereum's ERC-20) that rely on smart-contracts. Our @PacaSwap DEX operates completely as a self-operating, customizable Metagraph Layer-1. Liquidity pools, AMM-style trading, atomic cross-metagraph swaps, and rewards are all handled through custom logic within this Metagraph, combined with L0 token mechanics and node operations. This design enables zero gas fees for swaps, high throughput, and native interoperability between $DAG and other L0 tokens. How PacaSwap liquidity pools work: Users provide liquidity ($DAG + L0 token) to pools and earn trading fees + incentives. The system uses L0-powered mechanisms, node operators, and the $SWAP token for rewards instead of deploying a code to a smart-contract. Custody, rebalancing, deposits, claims and withdrawals are all handled by design without the use of smart-contracts. Where the deposited tokens get stored: The tokens are recorded and secured in the Metagraph’s state/ledger, anchored to Constellation’s main Hypergraph for security and consensus. They are NOT held in a centralized custodian or your personal wallet anymore, they’re locked in the pool’s on-chain balance within the PacaSwap Metagraph (identified as the Metagraph ID).
