I have my favorite robot in New York. @roboticscorp

It's official!!! @HelloRobo_co is #hiring a design director. This is one of the most influential roles in our team. If you know someone who is a good human to work with, knows how to scale design teams, has strong design instincts, believes in robots - send them my way.
Does anyone know exceptionally talented US based design directors who understand both product and brand?

What happens if you give robotics hand a knife and a strawberry. Great way of showcasing top-level dexterity.

Congrats with the launch!
We built a new kind of robot for the underdogs.
Today, robotics is stuck between ~$100k systems and low-cost robots not meant to survive deployment.
We think builders deserve better. Our mission is to develop the best hardware platform for others to deploy on.
Meet Feather, an affordable general-purpose robot designed for real work:
• 1m reach
• Human strength
• 10-hour battery
• Shipping for the past year + available today
Founded by @whoishoa and Parsa Bakhtiari, Feather is coming out of stealth with $7.6m in pre-seed funding led by @GradientVC, with participation from @BuilderVC, @geometryvc, @SEEDInnov, and Virgo VC.
We’re hiring across engineering, ops, and go-to-market. If you’re an absolute maverick, join our cause today – feather.dev
Sharing more work from @HelloRobo_co from this summer. Robotics and deep tech. Proud of every single click and pixel
Digit 5 from @agilityrobotics is out. Gotta love this interactive WebGL robot from in an endless oatmeal sphere.

Autonomous excavator building a wall! 🪨
This will blow your mind! 🤯
Researchers from ETH Zürich and Robotic Systems Lab have used an autonomous excavator to build a 65-meter-long, six-meter-high dry-stone wall.
The autonomous system, called "Heap," precisely firstly scanned and then placed stones, forming a wall.
Through computer-aided design and control, the robot was able to handle and position over 900 individual elements, some weighing over 1000 kilograms.
Can we call it the Great Wall of Switzerland?! 🇨🇭
