IIRC Family Guy was *sort of* open matte the next season when they transitioned to 16:9, just in reverse (16:9 designed to crop well to 4:3). It was common practice for some early HD shows, it's called a 4:3 safe area.

Bluey's probably a long shot, I tested a few episodes from S1 and they crop decently, but not well, characters aren't ever put fully off screen, but they aren't consistently kept entirely within the frame, and may be fully cropped out when accounting for overscan.

Verandah Santa notably doesn't seem to comply with it much at all, so it doesn't seem to have lasted the full season either.

A small amount of Thomas & Friends episodes too. The first 6 episodes of Series 6 were shot in widescreen, but were cropped for mastering to 4:3. When they were released in widescreen, they were cropped (windowboxed). Rest of the sixth series was 16:9 though.
