My first VT ablation at Joan XXIII 🎸🔥. 59yo, ischemic cardiopathy with inferior scar. Sustained VT was easily induced, involving a short channel previously identified with LGE-CMR model. Gorgeous mid-diastolic signal were tagged and VT stopped during the first RF application.

Thanks for the shout out ! Burnout in medicine is real. Being more efficient during the day without compromising patient care is the way to go. We used MAC rather than GA, got similar acute outcomes and saved 22.7 mins in between cases.
