Amazing paper finding that abrupt wall-thickness transitions on CTA-derived maps frequently colocalize with mappable VT isthmus boundaries and DZs in patients with ICM, supporting their role as complementary markers. Thanks to the authors for sharing this work with the #Epeeps community!

CMR-defined conducting channels, combined with S3 functional mapping, helped guide STaMP positioning and rapidly identify critical diastolic pathways during unstable VT . Notably, the authors associated the presence of corridors with successful STaMP mapping. A compelling example of how 3D scar characterization + functional EP can help focus mapping where it matters most. Thanks Dr. @ivroca for sharing with the community.

Proud to share our new study: S3 guided STaMP mapping x unstable VT(~20 sec), feasible, +safe even in high-risk patients.
