AFKR in a nutshell
What a disgusting POS. The used, grimy piece of chewed up gum that Melanie accidentally stepped in is worth more than this troll who’s living under a bridge

Each day it becomes harder and harder to read through Grant’s thread, but if you want to know the depths of depravity that reared its head, and the coverup by the state and the Norfolk DA that victimized her further, you need to do it. Remember Sandra Birchmore out loud! ❤️
Hello, this will be today's live thread for coverage of the Sandra Birchmore and Matthew Farwell trial.
I am seated, with my keyboard, and we are ready to begin.
Judge has reviewed new docket 364, as to one of the disputed exhibits, and something related to deputy chief Holmes which Judge has review.
Judge says she will take up where we left off yesterday so counsel has the benefit of her rulings to the extent they will come up today.
As to exhibits 639 and 640. There are the Dr. Leonard record and letter. Judge also read the redacted form, and the full document.
Judge says counsel can be seated.
Government objections were to relevance and hearsay. Judge considered those as such. The discussion yesterday did not focus on relevance but Judge considered it. Judge went back to her ruling on docket 196. Judge says she recalls she agreed with the defense that the relevant period went further back than the government contended. Still, judge thinks the relevance of 639 and 640 is less the further we get away from the issues in this case, particually where Mr. leonard's last appointment was back in March of 2012 and to be quite honest judge has looked through it and believes it is not entirely clear tyhat he saw Ms. Birchmore on that day. It's obvious that this document is hearsay, says Judge. Judge considered the exceptions including 803 (3), it's not clear that it's present sense impression because they are not Sandra's statements. It is not 803 (4) because it's not for the purpose of Sandra's diagnosis as a opposed to a joint diagnosis, also it is not clear that it meets the standard under 803 (6) as a business record and also judge considered 807, the residual exception supported by sufficient guarantee of trustworthiness and it has to be more probative than any other evidence that could be offered. Lastly, even going beyond relevance, Judge has concerns given that Dr. Leonard cannot be called (he is dead) thus I am concerned that any probative value is outweighed by unfair prejudice. in regards to 639 and 640, that will be my ruling. Excluding the document itself."
DOJ wins. Sandra's records from Dr. Leonard kept out. Excellent.

We have begun our fight against the injustice being perpetrated against our client, Boston Police Officer Nicholas O’Malley.
Legal fees will not be an issue for him, as our fees are very nearly completely covered at this point. But we will need to pay experts, whose fees will dwarf the fees our law firm is charging.
I expect that we will hold fundraisers to enlist the help of all of the public, including those wonderful people who are already supporting our cause. I will be back in touch with further information to let you know how you can contribute and participate, if you’re so inclined.
In the meantime, please check out this website, where you can purchase clothing to proudly announce that you’re on our team. Again, none of your contributions will go toward legal fees, but your support will allow us to mount a vigorous defense Thanks in advance for your consideration. #FreeOMalley

"You took an oath to tell the truth here today?"
"Yes."
"And when you walked into the courtroom, you said to someone with the government, "I can't wait to crush this motherfucker."?"
"Yep, I did."

Dear Ben,
I am wayyy too shy to ask boozey to come on the show and not sure I can risk rejection as well as you can from your old gf mamalama. You certainly have a way with women, maybe you can bring up the topic with her and give her my email address.

you people are more mad at @TheEmilySee her timelines, color coordinated charts and skits THAN YOU ARE AT MSP/CPD for their botch job of an investigation (as if we can even call it that) - maybe JUST FUCKING MAYBE if a proper investigation was done here, then the CW could have proven their case (not that they even had one to prove with theirs BS theory)
so sure be mad BE BIG MAD.. but aim your anger in the right direction 👍🏻💯

I ran a marathon once and someone gave me the advice to walk for 7 seconds at every water station. It seemed counterintuitive, to slow down in order to be able to speed up. But it worked.
And just like in that marathon, I made the decision that I need to take a step back from my involvement in the Shubert show in order to be able to continue the work I’ve been doing that afforded me that opportunity in the first place. My child is my one and only priority and I don’t have the time or mental energy to devote to both preparing the documents necessary to comply with this subpoena and creating the show you all deserve. That might not make sense to everyone and I understand that.
I will add - I don’t see this as a first amendment issue. The government is not silencing me. I think the first step in defending the first amendment is making clear what that protection is, what it isn’t, and why it is so valuable to our freedom as Americans.

@jfkshowoff has never lived a "thug life" and he won't ever do shit because thinking your Mark Wahlberg doesn't actually make you Mark Wahlberg
@TheYoungJurks is always gonna be a pussy and hides behind the opinions of others because he's a coward. The only thing he wrestles with is his opinion.
Altman has always just wanted power and respect but instead of being respectable she used TB as a proxy for power.
Melissa Reynolds isn't really Kerry Roberts cousin, imo
Machado never had a network or any talent.
Jimmy is a fucking comedian by trade and a ghatdamn national treasure by birthright.
Melanie Little gives me anxiety when she yells at her chat too much but I still watch her because she's a badass and she's brilliant.
I still think Kim is being held hostage somewhere but the bitch can rock an off the shoulder shirt better than anyone I know.
BLT is the witness protection program for bitches, imo.
And @DoctorTurtleboy was right.
About all of it.
No amnesty.

As a lifelong public servant, @NancyGrace, surely your interest is that justice be done. So the central question should be easy: Is it acceptable for a juror to vote to convict while acknowledging that reasonable doubt exists?
That is the substance of what @Bederowlaw discussed and what @defense_diaries asked about. It deserves an answer.

On the left, we have the entitled McInnis family of Westwood, MA - Anne and her parents Bill and Katherine (their PUBLIC Facebook photos), who have direct access to TEXTING the @WestwoodPD anytime they see a “scary flyer” that reminds the public that their adult daughter Anne mowed down and killed a 6 year old boy in 2017. On the right, we have the Thomson family. 6 year old Eddie is no longer on this earth. His father Rob, who was also mowed down and seriously injured by Anne McInnis of Westwood, MA is being charged with multiple counts of witness intimidation and violations of a harassment prevention order simply for using his free speech to remind the public that Eddie was murdered by posting the flyers seen here, high up on telephone poles. As an aside, Rob was told by NCDA to remain silent on the murder of Eddie for 5 YEARS while he waited for Anne’s trial to end, which he did. In 2022 Anne was found not guilty on all charges because as we are all aware, @MassStatePolice are incapable of investigating crime scenes. For the “crime” of finally being able to “speak” of his tragic loss, Rob is now the DEFENDANT sitting in court this week. Norfolk County is the most corrupt county in Massachusetts. Zoom was shut down yesterday in court because Ann’s job @Bloomgdales in New York was tagged. If my ADULT child, who doesn’t even live in MA killed a 6 year old boy, I certainly would not be using my entitlement to text the @WestwoodPD over flyers that can barely be seen because of how high they are on the telephone poles. Note to Westwood PD, MA State Police and NCDA: This post contains publicly posted photos by the McInnis family, MSM and factual information discussed in public court documents. This is NOT witness intimidation; it is public photos and public information being shared for educational purposes. Retweet and make all aware that the McInnis Family, Norfolk County DA and the @WestwoodPD believe THEY get to choose how a father grieves by taking away his right to free speech.

Mike, I've been working in podcasting since 2015 and have over 250 million downloads under my belt. Competing with you (or anyone) isn't a thing I think about. I'm only saying the number because you invoked mine on a channel Mel and I started a few months ago.
??????? -if a juror gets the flu tonight and an alternate goes in, deliberations start anew. Could the dynamite charge be then given again later down the line? Or would a single note with the replaced juror end it? How would that work? @Bederowlaw @BrotherCounsel @LawyerYouKnow
I’m genuinely just curious if this has happened before and just how something crazy like that would be handled. @IanRunkle @defense_diaries @JusticeServedTV
