I don't tend to post on here much since I left the community, but I'd appreciate if anyone could help me. My cat needs a blood transfusion to have a chance at beating an autoimmune condition that unfortunately I can't afford. Any donations are greatly appreciated.

How much caffeine should I be consuming? Everybody has a different reaction to stimulants so this takes a bit of testing on your own, but my personal equation for how much caffeine I use when I REALLY need to lock in is: 1.5mg Caffeine * 1lb of Body Weight

Explanation of First Principles: The difference between a regular cook & a head chef is that anybody can change a recipe by changing 1-2 ingredients, but the head chef understands all of the ingredients and how they interact. He can create new recipes, versus just an alteration.
