7 non-youtube things that make me a better YouTuber: 3 walks a day. I swear every time I take a walk I come up with a great idea. Walks help me clear my head. Also great when I've been sitting at the desk too long. 1-ingredient foods only. I used to eat fast food and processed food all the time. Switched to one ingredient foods like steak and lettuce and my energy is UP. It took a couple days to notice but now I can't go back. Standing desk. This gets an extra 45 minutes of deep work out of me, it's crazy. When I've been sitting for too long and get antsy, I can switch to standing and work even more. Weekends completely off. This has been the BIGGEST change for me. I used to work weekends too and I would burn out. Now I'm not allowed to touch YouTube stuff all weekend. By Monday, I'm itching to get back to work. Also helps me refresh my creativity. 9 hours of sleep nightly. You can't wake up early if you don't sleep enough. Sleep helps with creativity, stress, ideas, communication, etc... I love sleep lol.

any niche will work. as long as you: 01. enter with a unique angle. 02. make great content people actually wanna see. 03. package with broad appeal. & MOST IMPORTANTLY: be fucking patient. stop looking for the next magical pill after just 3 uploads.

I know a smart founder who keeps failing because he tries to push his products onto the market. He builds great stuff but then want to brute-force his way to users. He starts with supply and then move to demand. All the successful founders I know do the opposite.

Quick Copywriting Tip "Writing is rewriting" Wrote Ernest Hemingway. Don't try to make your first draft perfect, great, or even good. Just get your ideas down. Then in the edit you can make them good, then great, and then perfect. (Well, maybe not perfect!)

Have a bottle neck in the business and don't know how to solve it? Know offer needs to be stronger, but not sure how to improve it? Go for an hour long walk The answers will find you

Broad content = larger audience, lower-quality engagement. Niche content = smaller audience, higher-quality engagement. Broad pays you in Likes, Niche pays you in Cash. Make sure you know which game you're playing—and why.

Quote of the day: "When your story is ready for rewrite, cut it to the bone. Get rid of every ounce of excess fat. This is going to hurt; revising a story down to the bare essentials is always a little like murdering children, but it must be done." - Stephen King

Great writers aren’t great first-drafters. They’re great rewriters. #screenwriting
