We’re rejecting future leaders for not having responsibilities their role was never designed to give them. That’s not a talent issue. That’s a flawed evaluation system. The question isn’t: “Have they done it?” It’s: “Are they ready to?” Great clubs and organizations attack this head on! Enjoy your Sunday. linkedin.com/pulse/what-comm…

Another special one today - Sleepy Hollow! #40 in U.S. ; #70 in World What happens when you get legendary template holes looking over the Hudson? Goosebumps. BV has this place hyped up and honestly - exceeded expectations Between Somerset and here, which has the best par 3s?

Can’t ask for better weather for aeration, but after only 1.33” of rain in August I sure hope we get some soon! Team is absolutely crushing it this week!!! 💪🏻

Great week at The Lido, held the 124th Wisconsin State Amateur Championship. Course came a long way in the last two months to get it ready for the players and spectators! Was an awesome week for us and the rest of the Sand Valley crew that helped out!

As of recently I started a new job as an assistant at Pine Canyon Country club. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve gotten to experience a foot of snowfall, 70 degree days, greens spraying, bridge repair, herds of elk and much more. Truly loving it out here!
