Today we shipped HeliumOS, the operating system for the business of connectivity. Carriers get Wi-Fi they can finally trust. MVNOs get the entire carrier back office, turnkey. It’s not an outlook, it’s already live and @AndrewYang’s team is running it in production right now. Why is this a big deal? It’s the full connectivity stack. What Stripe did for payments, we’re doing for wireless. 🎯Unlocking Wi-Fi at massive scale for carriers. 🎯Seamless connectivity for large indoor venues. No more “what’s the password” or congested networks that bottleneck your texts. 🎯Turnkey enablement for MVNOs. The entire carrier back office, ready on day one. And every business that runs on HeliumOS routes its traffic through the Helium Network. The community built the Network. We built the thing that cements it across the industry. Celina, TX grew 25% in 1 year. You can’t build cell towers fast enough to keep up with that kind of growth. Celina turned its own city-wide Wi-Fi networks into carrier coverage on the Helium Network. 100 GB/day, automatic on residents’ phones. No towers necessary.

With @SpaceX ramping up its carrier, we’ll see even more consumer access to direct-to-cellular (D2C), which is awesome. It’s a huge boon for remote areas and rural communities. But what about indoors? 70-80% of mobile use happens inside where satellite doesn’t reach very well. In large commercial spaces you either can’t get on the Wi-Fi, or you can, but can’t get anything through. So, satellite still rocks, but it’s not the silver bullet. The next era of wireless means shared interoperable networks and decentralized deployment. @helium’s been building it for years. And it’s more relevant than ever…
What the @SpaceX wireless plan gets right, and the 80% it leaves out... Satellite coverage closes gaps cell towers never could: across oceans, rural areas, supply lines. But 80% of mobile data lives indoors, where signals from space can fail. That's where Helium comes in.

Tomorrow we’re going live at 9am PT / 12pm ET with some big updates for the Helium Network. Wireless is a trillion dollar industry that struggles to keep up with today's data demands and density. Helium Mobile proved that a consumer carrier service could run on a people-built network and bring affordable connectivity to the masses. Now that the consumer carrier has a great new home with Noble Mobile, we're fully focused on the bigger opportunity: the Helium Network. Carrier adoption is growing with millions of people using the Helium Network every day. We're building a real-time intelligence platform legacy providers don't have. And we're expanding globally. The next era starts here. Join us tomorrow to hear more. xitter.cf/i/spaces/1RJjppMdyeZKw…

One of the top US carriers now lets its subscribers roam onto the Helium Network when they travel to Mexico 🇲🇽! And local deployers with Hotspots? They get paid for connecting them. No new towers. No massive infrastructure spend. Just people-built coverage.

The Helium Discord is coming back. We got this one wrong. We shut it down because we believed we were missing the larger deployer audience that didn't spend all day on Discord, but doing so removed a space the community relied on. We've heard that clearly. The Network is entering its next chapter, and the community that built the Network is critical to our shared success. 🧵/1

Nearly perfect convergence of factors: ↘️Telcos trying to slash their capex ↗️Consumer and commercial demand for data only going up ..all while carrier offload to Helium keeps climbing 📈 Helium is eating a multi-billion dollar market from the inside. $HNT
We're proud to report a strong Q1 for Helium 💪 •Data transfer +55% QoQ •DAU avg +47.9% QoQ •Network offload at major US events •Telco capex evolving in Helium's favor •New deployer tools live Enjoy the report from @Blockworks and stay tuned for a Q1 Network Call in May!

Helium Mobile active users have reached a new all-time high. Around 3.5 million unique users have connected to a Helium Mobile hotspot daily, up 3x since November 2025.

Built and shipped the solution while industrial groups were still drafting the warning.
A year ago, @CTIA warned of a looming spectrum crisis. The report predicted U.S. wireless demand would exceed supply within the next few years. Can't get a text through at the game or the airport? That's peak congestion already affecting our daily lives 🧵

If you’re a @helium @helium_mobile deployer STOP setting the wrong expectations with your hosts then blame the network! 1) STOP doing FIXED payments. That has always and will always be a terrible idea. 2)SELL the TECH! Customers really do have a better experience indoors with the helium deployments. 3)SELL the passive rewards, not the amount! I tell our hosts you won’t get rich but it “MAY” help with a bill or two. HELP not PAY….watch 👀 your words. 4) STOP 🛑 psyching yourself out FREE is FREE if your hosts don’t think that’s enough move one. 5) DON’T force a sale! From my experience I would’ve been better walking away. They tend to be the most problematic hosts.
