It was interesting listening to some of the Supreme Court cases that our @SaxeMS students were discussing in Ms. Baltz’s Social Studies classroom… These are important lessons to learn & a big part of our history! 🇺🇸

Not only is the official 8Green Charter on display, several other iterations are also included on the boards in the upper hallways of @SaxeMS - nice work all around!

The 7Blue Charter is a nice addition as it hangs on the bulletin board in this part of the @SaxeMS hallways!

Some may say that Art makes everything just a little bit better… Well, when you see some of the pieces that adorn the walls around @SaxeMS, I’d have to agree! 🎨

Huge shoutout & thanks to Mr. O’Leary in the NCPS Maintenance Dept for taking such great care of our @SaxeMS campus! He was here past sunset last night working on our courtyards & they look tremendous - THANK YOU!

The @SaxeMS Library boards are always evolving & add such a nice visual element to this part of our building… Thanks to all involved! 📚

Our @SaxeMS students certainly took advantage of some of the nicest weather of the year this week as they got outside & enjoyed some fresh air, activity, & socialization during recess!

We are definitely fortunate with the scenery in the Northeast this time of year… The views around @SaxeMS are absolutely stunning, especially if you catch the time of day just right! 🍁

Our @SaxeMS SRO, Ofcr Blank, joined classes this week to share perspective on substances, social situations, & real world circumstances as they relate to what they learn in #HealthEd classes. This is a terrific collaboration that benefits our students - thanks to all involved!

@SaxeMS is putting the “Be…” in #BeKind! It was a great week of building community and spreading some positivity as we participated in our “Start with Hello” week. Each day served a terrific purpose… Thank you to all Involved!

Wondering what it looks like to move 700+ @SaxeMS students & staff to capture one of our best community building activities to date? Well, here you go! In color, or infrared (which, as an added bonus, happens to show up as our school colors)… 😂 We are grateful to all involved!

People ask, “How do you get 700+ @SaxeMS students & staff outside, lined up, & ready for not 1, but 2 group photos?!” The answer: A bit of optimism, a ton of planning, & some help from our friends in the NC Parks Dept, including their robot field painter, “Frankie”… Thank you!

The day before was also picture perfect as we ran through our final setup & routine! I may be a little biased, but @SaxeMS really is a beautiful building & campus…
