Well plugs are temporary. This well was plugged in the 1950's. It's surrounded by others like this. Every well needs to be plugged and re-plugged for the life of the planet. RAISE BONDS so tax payers are not plugging and re-plugging wells as needed for the life of the planet.

The Otto Twp contract for over 1.3 million dollars plugged 15 wells. None were leaking methane. 13 belong to Summit Oil and Gas. Here's production reports for some of the wells on that IIJA funded contract: drive.google.com/file/d/1RGy…
