Yesterday’s DOJ report confirms the NSBA apologized but CFSD never did.
Will they ever?
Now that the @CFSD16 threat was found to be a hoax, it's interesting to note that CFSD board president Jackson used the same words from a now-debunked letter to keep the public out of board meetings for the final months of the school year. @Concerned4CFSD

Today, the Trump Administration is formally putting into regulation what the law has said all along: Title IX’s protections are based on SEX, not “gender identity.”

25 years ago today Welles Crowther gave his life helping others on 9/11. This is the best story @espn has ever done. Share it with your kids and any others who may not have been alive on 9/11 and don’t know what true bravery in the face of evil is.

25 years later, we remember.
The lives lost. The heroes who answered the call. The families forever changed.
And we remember a nation that stood together.
May we never forget September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

‼️Ask questions. Know the policy. Bring receipts.
🗓️ Tomorrow- September 8 | 8 PM ET
You do not need to be a policy expert to speak up for your child—but you do need a plan.
Christine Trooien shares a practical path for parents facing a concern at school:
1. Start with the teacher.
2. Gather the facts.
3. Read the policy.
4. Follow the chain of command.
5. Document everything.
If necessary, take the issue to the school board; calm, prepared, and with receipts.
That is how parents move from frustration to credible advocacy.

Remember this when your school want to put in a school-based health center that can give your children these meds without your consent.

🔔 BEFORE THE BELL RINGS: KNOW THE RULES!
Don’t just check the box saying you read the school handbook. Actually read it. 👀
Discipline. Bullying. Grading. Attendance. Cell phones. Parent notification.
The policies may NOT be what you think they are.
Know the rules. Ask questions. Hold schools accountable to their own policies.

🚨🚨🚨 THIS IS HUGE. And prepare for districts to ignore it. Every public school surveys students on these topics, often under the guise of a “health survey” and parents are not made aware of it.
Districts have long exploited the opt out process to administer these surveys. Parents, make certain, by putting it in writing, that you are aware of your rights to opt in and that ANY survey from school or teachers (counselors, health class, etc) must be sent home to you first to allow for you to decide if your child takes it.
Again, I expect widespread ignoring of this within our public schools.
Another WIN for parents 🙌
The U.S. Department of Education is making it clear: when it comes to sensitive student surveys and mental health screenings, parents must have the opportunity to REVIEW the survey and provide WRITTEN CONSENT before their child participates.
An opt-out is not enough. That distinction matters.
This puts the decision back where it belongs: with parents.

The tide is turning.
Parental rights mean little without enforcement, and now the Department of Education is putting schools on notice.
Parents, keep showing up. Keep speaking up. Stay engaged.

The @usedgov just issued a letter to ALL SCHOOLS across the country, reminding them of their obligation to abide by Parental Rights Law, or risk losing federal funding.
Schools that violate the rights of parents and students must be held accountable.

🚨BREAKING: Our new HHS report—"Where the Clinic Meets the Movement: Does Gender Ideology Arm Left-Wing Authoritarian Psychology?"—is out!
For decades, psychological research has looked at opposition to transgender ideology through a lens of prejudice and right-wing authoritarianism. We asked the conspicuously neglected flipside question:
What psychological traits characterize those who most strongly endorse gender-affirming norms?
In a preregistered study of 1,208 U.S. adults, we developed a Clinical Gender Affirmation Scale (CGAS) using positions drawn directly from guidance issued by the APA, American Psychiatric Association, WPATH, and American Academy of Pediatrics.
Our results shocked us.
Endorsement of mainstream principles of "gender-affirmation" was strongly associated with left-wing authoritarianism (LWA) and support of political violence.
Both LWA and endorsement of gender-affirming clinical norms were associated with greater justification for killing Charlie Kirk, Donald Trump, and Brian Thompson, as well as arson against ICE buildings, destruction of wealthy people's property, and violence against police.
These relationships remained significant even after controlling for political identity.
Acceptance gender ideology appears to augment authoritarian attitudes in support for political violence.
From our report:
"Together, these findings support the paper's core claim: gender ideology may function as an ideological accelerant, telling left-wing authoritarian psychology who the enemy is, why the situation is urgent, and—in those already disposed toward force—that violence is legitimate."
We believe institutionalized gender ideology may function as a kind of ideological "content package" for people already disposed toward left-wing authoritarianism. It assists in identifying oppressors, creates moral urgency, and provides justification for taking coercive action against opposition.
This is only the first of a series of @HHSGov reports we're working on as a collaboration of researchers at @ncri_io, @RutgersU, and @ManhattanInst.
Stay tuned for more.

“The court explained that school officials ‘cannot favor one side of a debate involving parental speech on an issue of prominent public concern, and which, in those parents’ views, concerned the safety of their children.’
The First Circuit also found no evidence that the wristband protest itself caused a disruption, or that any player even saw the wristbands. Instead, the court concluded that the protest ‘fell short of harassment and disruption,” and that school officials could not rely on predictions of possible disruption to suppress the right of the plaintiffs to engage in passive, silent speech.’

In a major ruling, a federal appeals court in New Hampshire found that a school that banned parents who engaged in silent protest of policies that put boys in athletic competition against girls from seeing their children compete had violated the First Amendment rights of those parents.
"The court highlighted evidence that school officials viewed the “XX” message as “hateful,” “anti-trans,” and “exclusionary,” concluding that the record showed a likelihood that officials punished the plaintiffs because of the viewpoint expressed. The court explained that school officials “cannot favor one side of a debate involving parental speech on an issue of prominent public concern, and which, in those parents’ views, concerned the safety of their children.”

We found the "secret list" at a middle school in our district going back to 2020‼️
💥We knocked on the doors of the deceived parents.
💥They were almost all liberals but disappointed the school deceived them about their own kid.
💥They're still lying about it 6 yrs later. ☹️

Here is Catalina Foothills School District @CFSD16 principal emailing a secret list of kids with fake gender pronouns and warning staff to remember "what can and can't be shared with families."
Schools across the country keep secrets from parents.

🤐The claims that schools aren’t secretly gender transitioning students comes at great shock to CFSD who has maintained a now-disclosed secret list of targeted students for at least 5 years.
