The grand jury in Nolan Wells's death heard from 43 witnesses and issued more than 100 subpoenas, and the district attorney says the evidence pointed to an accidental drowning with no racial hatred involved.
Even so, Ben Crump, Al Sharpton, and their allies turned it into a race story anyway. Now Nolan's friends and their families are getting thousands of death threats and even bomb threats in the mail.
Nolan chose these young men as his friends, and that should tell you something. His parents lost their son and deserve answers, not people using their grief to stir up division and raise money.
The race hustlers always need a villain, and they'll ruin innocent kids' lives to get one.

As Mayor of Newark Cory Booker embezzled $600,000 from the City's Watershed Water Authority laundering the money through his lawfirm. Booker claimed to know nothing about the transfer, but the authority minutes showed that as an ex officio member of the board he had voted to pay his firm the funds.
If Cory Booker was a white Republican, he would have gone to jail with the staffers who were convicted for processing the payment to Booker firm

BREAKING: Authorities say they thwarted an alleged plot to attack the Texas State Capitol on the same day President Trump is scheduled to visit the state.
Jonathan Hunt reports 40-year-old Benny Caldera was arrested near San Antonio after authorities received a tip about an alleged plan to "shoot up" the Capitol.
Caldera is now being held in federal custody as the FBI and Texas authorities continue their investigation.

Oscar Evaristo Nunez. Aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13, two counts. Aggravated sexual battery involving a child 13 to 17. Two counts of filming an undressed minor.
The jail released him and did not call ICE because it is not allowed to.
ICE Washington picked him up September 15. DHS is now calling on Governor Abigail Spanberger by name.
She took office in January and signed orders killing state cooperation with ICE, including 287(g). Ran as a moderate. Governs like the detainer is optional.
He entered near Arizona in 2003. Fairfax put him back on the street with those charges hanging. Thank God the feds tracked him. Vote Republican. Do not let the next state copy this.

CNN'S OWN DATA ANALYST JUST SOUNDED THE ALARM ON MIDTERM POLLING.
Harry Enten says Democrats are seeing strong polls in Iowa, Ohio and Michigan.
But Republicans outperformed September polling by 5–9 points in those states in 2024, with similar misses in 2018.
Today's Democratic leads are smaller than those historical misses.
Will history repeat itself?
Enten's numbers are worth watching.
