The grand jury in Nolan Wells's death heard from 43 witnesses and issued more than 100 subpoenas, and the district attorney says the evidence pointed to an accidental drowning with no racial hatred involved. Even so, Ben Crump, Al Sharpton, and their allies turned it into a race story anyway. Now Nolan's friends and their families are getting thousands of death threats and even bomb threats in the mail. Nolan chose these young men as his friends, and that should tell you something. His parents lost their son and deserve answers, not people using their grief to stir up division and raise money. The race hustlers always need a villain, and they'll ruin innocent kids' lives to get one.

Now Republicans are firing back with a $122 million ad blitz, but money alone won't win this race. Talarico tells Texans he's a moderate, then flies to California and New York to promise rich left wingers he'll block Trump at every turn. He's running two campaigns, one for us and one for the radicals cutting his checks. Get out and vote for Ken Paxton, and don't let a liberal fake win Texas.

Prosecutors say he came back illegally, used a stolen Social Security number to build a whole new life, ran up debt on shopping sprees, and then went to bankruptcy court to wipe it all away. That kind of nerve is exactly what open borders produce. The bankruptcy trustee caught it, and now five people are charged. An illegal alien allegedly stole an American’s identity and then asked a federal court to let him skip the bill. Prosecute every one of them and send them home for good.
