@bt_uk The worst service I have ever received. Could not install my internet and have consequently spent over 4 hours on the phone to their team! They also have had the nerve to take payment from my credit card for a service I have not received. Also no email address to contact?!

The Government is dragging its feet over the reopening of the #Events industry.
