Great Visual Display on Ward 7 QHB. Informing our relatives/carers what, and what not to bring in for patients. Aim -keeping bed spaces tidy and reduce the risk of falls 馃憦 馃憦 馃憦
Day 2 and continuing to improve patients' mobility on Ward 7 through PDSA, with an aim to get them out at meal times every day! 馃憦 馃憦
