Proud to have led the Israeli inter-agency team (MFA; Min. of Justice ; Authority for the Advancement of the Status of Women; Central Bureau of Statistics; Israel Mission to the UN) that prepared Israel’s annual report on the implementation of UNSCR 1325.

Was an honor to meet the Ukrainian Commissioner for Gender Equality Policy, Dr. Kateryna Levchenko on the sidelines of CSW. We discussed, among other things, the importance of believing and supporting victims of SGBV, as well as the remarkable resilience of women in conflict.

Was a true honor to speak to the Jewish community of Sarasota-Manatee, starting with the amazing women Lions of Judah, and ending with a community-wide event held by the Federation at their beautiful new campus. Israel-diaspora relations are more important than ever before.
I went to see Lido Beach while in Sarasota. There, I noticed this sign, explaining that this beach had been a segregated beach only about 10 yrs before I was born. It boggles my mind to think that not so long ago people could think they have the exclusive rights to nature
At the airport this AM I saw the parents of hostage Guy Gilboa-David on their way to DC to advocate for his release from Hamas Hell. His mom,-who I have met through my work- & I shared a hug, as we are all family here in Israel. Every captive is one our children. Free them NOW🎗️
My wish for this special day is to make #InternationalWomensDay not a one-off event. Let’s channel our collective power to lift one another, promote and advance one another, support one another, hear one another and believe in one another and recognize our common sisterhood.
