.@Lufthansa_USA @Lufthansa_DE I have been calling your hotline for 5 hours straight plus chat and multiple phones. Calls always get randomly disconnected. I have to add my 3 children to my booking for a flight TOMORROW! To a funeral no less. Please help asap!
.@FlySWISS How can I get in touch with an agent to add a pet to a booking? ZRH phone rings and then kicks me out, US customer service line seems disconnected after choosing opt 3 for rebooking/special bookings. This is urgent for flight on Wednesday. Website only says to call.
UAwg!!
