My investigation into the alleged OpenAI spy's Stanford ties got 126k views, but the response seemed unusually negative. I decided to look into it: the overwhelming majority of accounts attacking my reporting are Saudi.
BREAKING: Stanford's Saudi Student Group Backed & Guided by OpenAI Spying Defendant
Starting in March 2025, leaders of the Saudi Arabian Association at Stanford publicly thanked Abdulrahman Alfozan for his "generous support," "backing," and "guidance."
They hosted him as a panelist at Stanford's business school. On the day he was arrested, he was scheduled to speak at another one of their events.

A legally wedded Muslim couple from Bangladesh visited Saudi Arabia for Umrah.
The husband wanted a honeymoon in Nepal but the wife preferred an Umrah in Mecca, which has been a lifetime ambition for her.
During the Umrah, the couple got overwhelmed with joy, hugged each other and shared a kiss.
A Pakistani guy recorded the moment and shared it to the police.
The Islam authorities got hold of the video and had the young couple arrested.
Ordered their beheading.
This couple got beheaded with sword and the executioner shouted Allahu Akbar!
The bodies of the couple have been returned to Bangladesh in body bags.

Wat we weten:

No naturalization records found for Ilhan Omar’s father? She claimed citizenship through HIM.
If there’s no paper trail, how is she still in Congress? The American people deserve REAL answers.
Investigate NOW! 🚨🇺🇸

1. Since it has been 10 years, and there is another college rape case in the news, I figured I would revisit the infamous Brock Turner rape case. I will be mainly going through the book Collateral Damage, a candid look at the Brock Turner trial, but also looking at the appeal and the famous victim impact statement. The book jumps around different topics, so apologies if my thread does as well.

Rep. Ilhan Omar and her husband's winery was shut down for fraud after they apparently sold investors barrels of wine with nothing inside, according to Rep. James Comer.
"From our initial investigation of Omar and her financial disclosure form, there are multiple fronts where you could get a search warrant issued," House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer said to Fox News.
"Not only was there a huge discrepancy in the financial disclosure form, there was the winery that was the big base of her $25 million listing on her financial disclosure form."
"That winery has, according to the press, been shut down because of fraud. They were apparently selling investors barrels of wine to be aged, but there was nothing in the barrels."
Back in February, after reviewing financial disclosures filed by Omar, Rep. Comer sent a letter to Omar's husband questioning how eStCru LLC and Rose Lake Capital LLC went from being worth $51,000 in 2023 to up to $30 million in 2024.
Comer at the time said the discrepancy was very concerning, noting how the California winery and venture capital firm "increased so dramatically in value only a year after reporting very limited assets."
"Given that these companies do not publicly list their investors or where their money comes from, this sudden jump in value raises concerns that unknown individuals may be investing to gain influence with your wife," he said at the time.
A couple of months later, in April, the winery reportedly shut down operations.

Barack Obama torched the Trump administration over the federal investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar, calling it an "appalling" abuse of power — and conservatives immediately fired back with receipts from his own presidency.
Obama's post, viewed over 5 million times, claimed the government is "selectively targeting" Omar for her political beliefs. But critics were quick to remind him of the IRS targeting Tea Party groups, the Crossfire Hurricane probe into Trump's 2016 campaign, and allegations of surveillance at Trump Tower.
The White House responded directly: "Unlike Joe Biden, President Trump has not weaponized the Department of Justice against his political foes." Federal investigators are examining whether Omar or her father committed fraud on immigration paperwork, and her D.C. home was raided by federal agents last week.
