Production for my next video is officially in full gear. Working with a bigger team than previously and as proud as I am of the Doomsday video, I know the next video is going to be so much better. :) Im really excited to show it to all of you!

It is easy to say that you lost the game because you drew too many or too few lands. It is very difficult to say that you lost because of a mistake with your mulligan, a specific important play or even in deckbuilding or metagaming. The land system gets a bad rap for bad play imo

Magic is the best TCG game partially because of the initial decision about the resource system. Mana is just hard to beat. The other part is it being the first TCG, but I don't think it is because it attracted players first, but because it attracted best designers first. 1/5

I am feeling this after two matches in SOS Limited. The first one my opponent complained that they flooded when they ended up losing with 1 card left in their library, and the second opponent felt that they flooded with a pursue the past in their graveyard for 5 turns

Anyone along this route who is driving to RC DC next weekend? The rest of my car dropped out. Would need to get there Thursday night and stay through Sunday night/Monday morning

7-1 in the direct, I should be prepping for standard but why worry about the 15th sb card

I know I got dunked on a lot for this take but I felt it today doing a prerelease in Shanghai with English cards rather than Chinese cards. It WAS a less fun play experience. Anyways an easy 3-0 6-0 with Silverquill baby can't stop Ms World-Wide and it wasn't even close

Foreign language cards are an unfun play experience

I helped out a bit with the script of this video, but Harain (and others) put in a massive amount of work into this video and it's worth a watch! Sometimes he can be a force of chaos in legacy but he really pours his heart into these videos and I think it shows

i’ve spent hundreds of hours over the past 6 months working really hard on this video about Doomsday that exemplifies everything that I think is beautiful about Magic - i’d really appreciate it if you checked it out :)<3 link in replies

Probably a long shot but does anyone know if there are any Secrets of Strixhaven pre releases in Shanghai or know of someone who would know?

the awesome thing about being a woman on this website is that you get free engagement on every tweet from people just assuming you are profoundly stupid
