My conclusion is that certain individuals in Government created the false El Niño forecast to enable the plunder of public funds in the name of road construction and repairs in Nairobi through an emergency fund. How else do explain why heavy rains forecasted for July, 2026 are yet to arrive in October, 2026? Further, why are there no similar projects outside Nairobi?

Is he done ranting about the 24K I pay for his housing scam because kuna hii 43k I pay every month for his SHA scam we also need to discuss. NPS is supposed to pursue the armed men stealing livestock, not turn livestock into the enemy. Cows don't carry AK-47s. Cows don't ambush police officers. Cows don't raid villages. Yet we keep seeing security operations centred around livestock while armed bandits remain the real threat. Who advises Murkomen? If you want to end banditry, go after the bandits, their guns, their financiers and the networks that facilitate cattle theft. Don't fight the cows and leave the cowboys.
