You ignored everything I said. Most ppl can’t afford to nitpick about the race of their neighbors. They look at other factors, and that’s how we get overall supply/demand. Solving the housing shortage by building more in high-demand cities helps the multiracial working class.

NYC, SF and DC are majority-minority and have some of the most valuable real estate in the world. There’s also cheap white areas, like West Virginia. Most people, especially in cities, are not white supremacists.

If it’s worth tens of thousands in building cost/extra land then they should. No need to force higher prices and worse land use on builders/tenants/everyone.
