The drama over AI tools is absolutely braindead, it's like getting mad at a fork for being derived from FOSS.
The team behind the popular Ocarina of Time PC port has confirmed that AI tools have been used in development for years.
Harbour Masters says some developers have used tools like ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot to work through technical problems or help with code.
They insist that “nothing is just out of the AI and into the codebase” and that human developers review the code.
But fans are questioning how much AI-assisted code is actually in the project. One developer admitted “I don’t know” when asked which version contains no AI-assisted code.

My question is... what is even the point of the country of "Canada"? They barely have a culture that's unique enough or dominant when it comes to geopolitics.
They are the little brother to the USA. They constantly complain and whine about "Big Brother" the whole time, while they hamstring themselves from being able to do anything useful.
Canada has no national mandate, no "Monroe Doctrine", no manifest destiny... no ambition beyond... IDK what they really do.
But they know when shit hits the fan, Big Brother, even as much as we bicker, will still be there to protect them.
