Oregon’s My Electronic Vaccine Card gives you an electronic copy of #COVID19 vaccinations you’ve received in Oregon.
You do not have to register for an electronic vaccine card. Oregon has no plans to make it mandatory.

When you show someone your QR code, they can scan it and will only see your name, date of birth, vaccination dates and type of vaccine received. The electronic vaccine card is voluntary.
