Mitochondrial dysfunction plays a role in a huge range of diseases. This work from @TheCrick, @SickKidsNews and @JohnsHopkins is really encouraging to see.
Researchers from the Crick, @SickKidsNews and @JohnsHopkins have discovered a recycling mechanism that’s essential for keeping mitochondria healthy.
It could become a future target to diagnose and treat conditions related to mitochondrial dysfunction.
