It hit 95° today in Las Vegas, officially setting a new all-time high record for March.

Why is the weather so many meteorologists are buzzing about this weekend? Because normally, we are missing an ingredient. We have Cold, but no moisture. We have Moisture, but no cold. Strong thunderstorm west of Highway 95 and Cal-Nev-Ari capable of frequent lightning, strong wind, large hail, and heavy rain.
