Why would you keep a Sporting Director that has hired and fired managers every season with no sign of progress and only regression? It does not make any sense.

They will do everything else apart from take accountability. INEOS think they know better than everyone else.
Look at Wilcox telling Amorim how to setup his team, Ratcliffe laughing at Ashworth for disagree with their sporting decisions then sacking him.
Ten Hag completely ignored when he tried to tell them how to improve the data departments.
They made decisions based on what is the most cost effective solution instead of trying to improve the team.
Whoever is running Manchester United should be getting the entire senior leadership team into a boardroom ASAP and asking one simple question: explain how we’ve allowed this club to fall so low?
Then comes accountability, a mass clear-out and a completely new football structure. Enough excuses. This club needs a reset from the top down.

United fans, listen to this brilliant analysis from Jamie Carragher on the United team.
He breaks it down so perfectly. 👏

The last three goals we have conceded:
1. Martinez acting like a sunday league CB
2. Martinez passing the ball in his net
3. Enzo Fernandez offside
Why do we concede the dumbest goals man.
10 men as well.

This is what I mean by penalties being luck. It's so easy to say Lewis is "making mistakes" instead of admitting that he's the only one they aggressively apply every line of the rules to
If it was just him doing this, he gets noted & penalised. It's pure luck.
CLEAR PENALTY FOR MAX, RUSSELL & HADJAR. THIS IS CLEAR @FIA

Manchester United’s plan to do their defensive reinforcing in next summer’s transfer window always looked risky. Michael Carrick will get the heat for some of the abject defending by his team but this is down to the board with its transfer policy. #MUFC

Utd have conceded a minimum of 2 goals in every game they’ve played this season. Carrick’s weakness in allowing Utd to defer defensive recruitment to next season means it’s highly likely they’ll be recruiting defenders for a different manager

Is Keith Andrews the only manager brave enough to say what we all saw at Old Trafford? 🔴
I've got a lot of time for what the Brentford boss said after his side's 2-1 Carabao Cup win over Reading, and I think he nailed it.
I was waiting for someone in the game to call out City's winner against United and Andrews did exactly that. He called it "pretty alarming" - and for me, he's spot on.
When I rewatched it, it's clear as day. Yes, they checked Haaland, but how did VAR completely miss Enzo Fernandez interfering from an offside position right before the goal?
Andrews summed it up perfectly via BBC Sport: "It's pretty alarming. The first thing was whether Haaland was offside and then obviously Fernandez was. It's a shame."
I love that honesty from him.
Do you think more managers should speak out like Andrews has here?

🚨 NEW: Michael Carrick sent on 19-year-olds Shea Lacey and Harry Amass for their Champions League bows in the 70th minute. That is believed to have been the straw that broke the camel’s back for JJ Gabriel’s entourage.
