reminder for protesting today
you might get tear gassed. don’t panic, wear a mask (damp if possible). it attaches to your body AND mouth effecting your lungs as well, MAKE SURE u rinse your mouth.
it also attaches to makeup.

ALT Screenshot of an iPhone note, directing readers to educate themselves and act to help make the world a more just place. And to people of color: remember to take care of yourselves today. And every day. It’s a long road that we’re on and we need you.
