To every Tory peer currently attempting to sabotage the Football Governance Bill: Shame on you for disregarding the sustainability of the clubs that form the foundations of our great pyramid. We need a regulator with teeth, not self-interested friends of the rich and powerful.

🟰 EQUAL playing time in the Foundation Phase is so important and should certainly be a focus of your matchday management.
Think about children's development long-term, instead of short-term results.

Essex FA are ready for Silent Support Weekend coming up on 5 & 6 November! 🤫
We're encouraging spectators & coaches to show their support through applause only, reducing pressure & confusion & giving players a better opportunity to find their own voice & develop their game.

That was a very well earned point, everything we worked on in training was taken into tonight’s game. Disappointed to concede with the last kick of the game but when you play an incredible team like Billericay you know what to expect.
