What's crazy is that @SarahLongwell25 spent 15 years working for the most notorious lobbyist in the country, Richard Berman; he even got a movie made about him, called "Thank You For Smoking." And she's never accounted for that.
The rule-of-thumb in DC has always been that it's ok to do the most antisocial kind of lobbying -- aside from tobacco and all sorts of other clients, Berman even lobbied to push pregnant women to eat more mercury -- but if you do that, you're a little less welcome in public, polite society. You can keep all your friends and go to private parties, in other words, but you're not gonna be invited to join the Kennedy Center board. No tobacco lobbyists need apply.
Yet Longwell spent the bulk of her career working for the most notorious, evil lobbyist in DC, has never explained it at all, and has just seamlessly transitioned into journalism and advocacy for Democrats. Here she is explaining how it was actually fine for Kamala Harris to not take a stand against the genocide in Gaza. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.

Showing the truth is apparently unforgivable.
Israel’s Culture Minister Miki Zohar said Sunday he will work to revoke the citizenship of Oscar-winning filmmakers Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor after their documentary “NAZA” won the Special Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival.
The film examines what it describes as Israel’s “calculated mass killing” of Palestinian civilians in Gaza and features testimony from IDF intelligence officers and soldiers.
Zohar called the film “vile” and said it “constitutes treason.”

The establishment Democrats' coordinated attacks on Hasan Piker are happeneing for three reasons:
1. He has successfully promoted and campaigned for candidates who are critical of Isreal and acknowledge the genocide
2. They want to marginalize a popular left voice on the left (3.1 million Twitch followers) who consistently calls Israel out for their genocide and ethnic cleansing
3. They want to ensure that Piker is not an influential voice in the 2028 election.
