South Park episode featuring Trump!
This is what they say we’re melting down over haha well here last the entire episode
I spent years in the military believing strength meant carrying everything on my own.
Then alcohol taught me a painful lesson.
The truth is, some of the hardest battles don’t happen in a war zone. They happen in silence, behind closed doors, when nobody else can see what you’re fighting.
As both a veteran and a recovering alcoholic, here’s the biggest piece of wisdom I can share:
Don’t confuse surviving with living.
Surviving is getting through the day.
Living is being present with your family, remembering the conversations, waking up without regret, and finally finding peace in the small moments.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight. It happens one decision at a time.
Keep showing up.
Keep fighting.
And never be ashamed to ask for help.
The strongest people I know aren’t the ones who never fell. They’re the ones who got back up one more time.
If you’re struggling today, you’re not alone. What’s one lesson life has taught you lately?
My name is Chris, and I’m an alcoholic.
If you would’ve told me 5 months ago that I’d make it this far, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
There have been good days, rough days, stressful days, and days when I questioned everything.
But here I am.
Five months of choosing my family.
Five months of waking up without regret.
Five months of proving to myself that change is possible.
Sobriety hasn’t made life perfect, but it has given me something alcohol never could…
My life back.
If you’re struggling today, keep going. Don’t underestimate what can happen in 5 months.
One day at a time. ❤️

Day 150.
One thing sobriety has taught me is that you don’t have to fix your whole life today.
Just stop making it worse.
Take the next right step. Then take another one tomorrow.
Some days you’ll feel strong. Other days you’ll barely feel like getting out of bed. Both days count.
I’ve learned that peace doesn’t always come from everything going right. Sometimes peace comes from knowing you’re finally doing the right thing, even when life is still messy.
150 days sober isn’t the finish line.
It’s proof that I can keep going.
And that’s enough for today.
One day at a time. ❤️
What lesson has sobriety taught you??
If today sucks, that’s okay.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not. Some days are just hard.
If you’re trying to stay sober, don’t worry about tomorrow or next month. Just get through today without picking up a drink.
Eat something. Take a shower. Go for a walk. Call somebody. Sit in your car and clear your head if you have to.
Do whatever you need to do to make it through the day.
And when you wake up tomorrow, you get another shot.
I’ve had plenty of days where I didn’t think I could keep going.
I did.
You can too.
Keep going. It really can get better. ❤️
