The SPFL Trust joins the @spfl and @SWPL in marking @SRtRCScotland 30th anniversary and recognising its work over the last three decades. Through football, clubs and community organisations play an important role in bringing people together, celebrating diversity and challenging racism, both on and off the pitch.
🔴 The SPFL, SWPL and SPFL Trust proudly continue their support of Show Racism the Red Card, as it marks its 30th anniversary, by kicking off a week-long campaign focused on celebrating the rich mix of nationalities and backgrounds across the Leagues.

What does football mean to you? ⚽ For some, it's 90 minutes on a Saturday. For others, it's friendships, belonging, better health, a chance to learn something new or a reason to get involved in their community. At the SPFL Trust, we're proud to see the many different ways football can make a difference. Because sometimes, football is about so much more than the game. 💙

Every number tells a story 📊 Thousands of people supported through Football Fans in Training. More than 26,000 Christmas meals provided through Festive Friends. Almost 7,000 children taking part in Joy of Moving and hundreds of tickets given out during our 4-4-2 Reading Challenge. And behind every statistic is a person, a family or a community whose life has been positively impacted. This is the difference football can make when clubs and communities work together. ⚽💙

Many men gradually start to live a smaller life. An enlarged prostate can affect much more than bladder function. It can change how men socialise, travel, work and spend time with family and friends. Some men stop doing the things they love because they're worried about leaking urine or finding a toilet in time. If you're living with benign prostate enlargement (BPE), Prostate Scotland would like to hear about your experience. Take the 10-15 minute survey:  prostatescotland.org.uk/rese… Prefer to talk? Prostate Scotland is also carrying out one-to-one telephone interviews. To take part, contact [email protected] #MensHealthScotland #ProstateHealth #BPE #ProstateScotland
