Unable to join his team on the road earlier this year, Paul Muldoon is cycling 1,050 miles virtually from home to Milan, raising vital funds for our Paradise Recovery Café 💚

Working with @FerreroUK & @SPFLTrust, we combine classroom learning around healthy lifestyles with physical activity sessions, helping children get moving while having fun along the way! 🏃♂️
👏🏃♂️ A huge well done to the Foundation’s very own Kian, who took on the Great Scottish Run yesterday!
Running his first-ever half marathon, Kian smashed it, crossing the finish line in an incredible 2 hours and 2 minutes! 💪
