.@PremierScottMoe and I spoke today to talk about breaking down trade barriers, opening up new markets, and building one strong Canadian economy — not thirteen.   Saskatchewan grows what the world needs. By working together and harnessing that advantage, we will build the strongest, fastest-growing economy in the G7.

SIMSA had a great conversation with Minister Dan Vandal of PrairiesCan yesterday, on the supply chain's needs and opportunities related to nuclear power in Saskatchewan. That's a nice full-scale model of a Westinghouse eVinci reactor in the background. @PrairiesCanEN @SRCnews @WECNuclear

The timing of this comes on the heels of a particularly robust and anomalous point in time for potash commodity pricing rather than taking into a count an entire cycle, that would include the lower potash prices we are currently seeing. This paper is looking at a moment in time and fails to recognize the full economic impact of Saskatchewan’s potash sector. SK has the highest net Effective Mining Tax Rate of all Canadian provinces regina.ctvnews.ca/pennies-on… #potash #royalties #potash

Saskatchewan Research Council is taking another major step on the road to nuclear energy! It was great to join Minister of Trade and Export Development Jeremy Harrison and SRC CEO Mike Crabtree to announce an $80 million investment to get Saskatchewan’s first micro reactor online by 2029. This project has the opportunity to be transformative for our economy, industry and communities by providing a custom solution to our province’s unique energy needs.
