1/2: On Tuesday, Sept. 14, Prof. Darren Grant testified before the Pennsylvania House State Gov. Comm. Subcommittee on Campaign Finance and Elections on the determination of candidate order on ballots and its effects on electoral outcomes.
2/2 Grant has published two papers on these topics (sciencedirect.com/science/ar…, 2020; link.springer.com/article/10…, 2017), with additional work in progress. Grant has now offered expert advice on these topics in four states: Pennsylvania, Texas, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
