Our thanks to @SAYFC for kindly hosting us again at the @ScotlandRHShow. Our CEO @RSABICarol is pictured today with Jillian Kennedy, SAYFC Chair, in the Big Build tent at the show where visitors have been learning all about the #sayfcbigbuild project to create a new home for the young farmers. We are keen to support their excellent leadership team and members to achieve their ambitious fundraising target in the coming months. We know lots of our followers are former young farmers or have friends and family who have benefitted from being a member and you can support the Big Build here: sayfc.org/donate/sayfcs-big-… 🏡

We were pleased to welcome Ewan Aitken of Strathearn JAC to have a quick health MOT with our Health Hut nurse Irene Scott on Sunday at Royal Highland Show. And we were delighted to hear from Ewan that - after hearing from our team last year - he has cut back on energy drinks. These can affect your heart rate and blood pressure and can cause long-term damage to your health, even resulting in hospitalisation. With harvest coming up please fuel up with lots of water and good food to keep you going and leave energy drinks on the shelf. Well done Ewan and congrats to Strathearn for winning Club of the Year! 🩺❤️🩺 #keeptalking #keephealthy #keepsafe @SAYFC

Big thanks to our #KeepTalking ambassador @standupfarmer for getting behind our #UseYourHead campaign with @yellowwelliesuk.
If you are planning to use your quad this weekend (and any time) please use a helmet. It is not just you that would be affected by an accident - think about the impact on your family and your business. And the younger members of farming families are watching and learning too - show them how important safety is. 💙💛#KeepSafe #KeepTalking #lambing2025 #spring
Many thanks to Anne and the Landward team for helping to share the message behind our campaign with @yellowwelliesuk urging farmers to always wear their helmet on a quad bike.
Thurs 3rd April 8.30pm - BBC Scotland
Fri 4th April 7.30pm - BBC1 Scotland
Sun 6th April 9.00am - BBC2

However, 4 of the 12 still need mentors and we need businesses in the areas of TURRIFF, OLDMELDRUM, INVERBERVIE & MONTROSE to come forward if you could offer a 6-month employment placement. 🙏
