Light is so important for our mental health! Our bodies want bright days and dark nights. Excited to share our preprint showing the powerful influence of light on a huge range of psychiatric outcomes based on objective light measures in >85,000 (!) people.

I’ve been promoted to assistant professor at @harvardmed. This would not have been possible without the support and generosity of many. Thank you.

“Asthma is an exemplar of circadian control in
respiratory disease. Many of its features are under circadian control including leukocyte trafficking and airway constriction. Clinically this results in diurnal oscillation of symptoms.“ @JafarCain @Biochem_Journal

Today I received 3 emails. A magazine asks me to review an article for free. A national agency asks me to review a project for them for free. An editorial team asks me to organize a special issue for free. There's something weird about this job, feeding my daughters isn't free.
