Hello. My name is Felony. Or, Ida Dunne-Moore. Or, Ruth.
This is an important message.
Despite blocking 'yourpope' in 2024, & despite barely being on this slum for several months, I notice I am still the target of near constant attention from your pope - a sad man with chronic

It’s important that people know what happened here. Unqualified lunatic doctor goes rogue, hands out hormones et al to kids without telling their parents. Second doctor *whose job it is* to pass on safeguarding concerns passes on such concerns, plus her own. Result: second doctor investigated for ‘transphobia’, smeared, subjected to hostile 4-hr interrogation, mental health severely impacted, forced out of her job. Over the next few years all her worst fears are much more than confirmed. Many children suffer severe, irreversible & completely preventable harm, not bc of a ‘bad apple’ but bc of NHS culture
‘Why are you so concerned?’
From an excellent account by @hannahsbee of a tribunal that ended a few days ago. Dr Sarah Redvers’s life was made a misery and her reputation trashed by people whose allegiance was to an ideology rather than individual patients. But the scandal wasn’t confined to Brighton, as…

Disgusting pig of a man thinks that because religion exists we are now required to participate in his misogyny fetish.
The sickest part of gender ideology is not that men like this exist - but that it was made a hate crime for women to say NO to him.
Quick poll of parenting with an ex who you don't get along with.

You have a child who's just turned 5 a couple of weeks ago. Whilst at home, using a piercing gun, you pierce her ears without ever even mentioning it to the other parent
Is this OK?

Ah yes a PR company acting for the family lawyers in fact most solicitors seem to employ PR companies yet aren’t allowed to anywhere near Lucy Letby’s lawyers contesting a miscarriage of justice.

I agree. There are many areas of evidential weakness on this case. But, as a doctor, what I think is incredibly worrying is how implausible most of the medical evidence put forward by the police, CPS, prosecution and so called expert witnesses was. To anyone who has practised medicine for any reasonable length of time, most of it just doesn’t hold water and, to be honest, reflects a complete lack of understanding of the practise of medicine and of physiology, pathophysiology and basic medical sciences.

#LucyLetby: Can you imagine going to jail on the basis of a coin toss?
Try this for a thought experiment...
Heads: Dr Dewi Evans becomes lead medical expert investigating the deaths and collapses at the Countess of Chester neonatal unit.
Tails: Professor Shoo Lee gets that job.
The babies are the same. The records are the same. The deaths and collapses are the same. Only the reader of the medical notes changes.
In the first world, the records are interpreted as evidence of a series of deliberate attacks. A nurse becomes the subject of a murder inquiry. She is convicted and sentenced to die in prison.
In the second world, a leading neonatologist and an international panel read the same clinical records and find no medical evidence of deliberate harm. They identify poor resuscitation skills, missed diagnoses, inadequate supervision and a unit struggling to care for its sickest babies.
The question becomes how to make the unit safe, not whom to convict.
Professor Lee went further. He said that if this had happened in a Canadian hospital, the unit would have been shut down.
And in July 2016, long before Lee's review, the hospital did downgrade the unit and stop admitting its most premature babies.
So the clinical safety concerns were hardly imaginary.
But the two readers are not interchangeable.
Lord Justice Peter Jackson had previously described a report written by Evans in an unrelated family case as "worthless", criticising its "tendentious and partisan" opinions.
Lee, meanwhile, co-authored the 1989 paper on air embolism in newborns relied upon by the prosecution. He says his research was misinterpreted. His international panel of 14 specialists from six countries reviewed all 17 cases and found no medical evidence of deliberate harm, attributing the deaths and injuries to natural causes or poor medical care.
So the question is not simply which expert we might prefer.
It exposes something significantly more disturbing.
How can substantially the same clinical records support interpretations so far apart that one leads to whole-life prison sentences while the other points towards shutting down the entire neonatal unit?
And if expert analysis can yield conclusions so vastly different, how can we be confident that a jury, without the benefit of the second interpretation, was able to establish beyond reasonable doubt that any crimes had been committed at all?
This counterfactual does not, of course, prove Letby innocent.
It exposes a vastly deeper problem.
It is one thing for experts to disagree about who may have committed a crime. It is quite another for them to disagree completely about whether a crime had been committed in the first place.
If the existence of alleged crimes can depend so heavily on which expert is appointed to interpret the clinical evidence, what does that tell us about the safety of convictions built upon those interpretations?
The foundations of a whole-life prison sentence deserve to rest on something vastly more secure than an interpretation that reflects the choice of the toss of a coin.

Having been sexually assaulted in a women's public bathroom by a transwoman (who was fully intact) for rejecting their sexual advances, I'm expressing an informed opinion. You can go fuck yourself 🖕🖕🖕
This case really gets me the most. Both my babies were induced. Syntocinon caused rapid decels & foetal distress in my 1st, & I've a v complex family history of birth trauma, inc a death. With my 2nd i was adamant no synto., but 12hrs after waters were broken they were really..

Baby D, died of septicemia after delayed treatment, and no clinical or pathological evidence of air embolism.
Plenty of lessons for Brearey's team to learn, but no evidence a murderer was at work

The man who jumped into the tiger enclosure at Yorkshire wildlife park has died, though it was a stupid and strange thing to do. Comments like “he deserved it” are diabolical. He was someone’s son, nephew and brother. Please keep that in mind.
Jeez. This is so sad. Guy almost certainly has severe mental health problems & for his loved ones, this is unbearable. Obviously, not the tiger's fault, and a horrible thing to happen
A man has jumped into a tiger enclosure at The Yorkshire Wildlife park!
No reports yet, as to whether he survived or not, apart from gun shots were fired & the park has been closed with heavy police & ambulance presence 🤦🏾♀️
I don’t even want to ask, how or why?

I have no idea who you are but Maltin PR worked pro bono to overturn 8 wrongful convictions and David Davis was integral in achieving that. You obviously have some sort of agenda.

Brearey said he had a “drawer of doom”. Rees asked to see it. He refused.
