At 7%, the rule is 3x your income with 25% down, whichever is lower. With $70k saved, he should be shopping in the $280k price range. 3x $110k income is $330k max. 25% of $330k is $82,500. So he needs to save another $12,500 to maximize his income. The $500k home @ 7% sold for $300k 5 years ago @ 3%. The current owners are paying $1600 per months vs. $3800. So they can afford to rent the house for much less than you could buy it for. The reason for the difference is a combination of low plandemic prices/rates, and the subsequent rental price boom from the post-plandemic deficit spending. At the same time, states raised minimum wage, which added more fuel to the fire. Then, Biden opened the borders, and allowed illegal immigrants to get social benefits, including food, housing, medical care, and education. To prevent the complete collapse of the middle class Republicans then reduced taxes. This merely delayed the catastrophe. Additionally, Democrats prosecuted a war on the economy by enacting environmental legislation driving up energy prices, and making it impossible to build new homes. Then, Democrats mismanaged fire prevention, allowing all the desirable neighborhoods to burn down. Building permits were not issued in the aftermath. So prices in adjacent less-desirable areas were artificially boosted. Then, the deep state allowed massive fraud with no effort to detect the theft or enforce the law. So, rent increased even more from the sudden influx of Fraudinaires. With the sudden rise in the National debt from all the undetected social safety net theft, borrowing costs to the US government rose in inverse proportion to the fall in the US credit rating. So, 7% rates for inflated housing prices.

There is a lot of confusion about the filibuster. I thought I'd take a moment to explain it for you. It's very simple to get not only the SAVE Act but many more pieces of legislation passed in the Senate. Nuke the zombie filibuster. @LeaderJohnThune holds all the cards.

For our 250th Anniversary we should honor Trump, the 47th and Greatest President Ever, by changing the US Flag design. By combining the six New England States, adding Alberta and Greenland, the US would have 47 states. The US Flag could look like this:

This is a way to secure Federal Elections: 1. Single day voting, 500 max voters per precinct. Federal only races. President/Senate/House. 2. Real ID and facial recognition gets you a voter card. 3. Sign voter card, have signature verified by computer analysis. 4. Mark index finger with indelible white ink and fingerprint the voter card. Receive white marble. Enter white privacy tent, and vote white marble for WH by selecting the candidate's bucket. Bell dings when marble is dropped to verify no double votes. Scales also register only one vote for WH. 5. Repeat for Senate and House with blue/red ink/marbles/tents. Turn in voter card with signature and three fingerprints. 6. Marbles are emptied from buckets and put into 10 by 10 trays for each candidate. Photographs are taken, and tally is done. 7. Tally and photos are posted on precinct doors and official website. 8. Marble trays are secured with seals, and signed by each party rep, and preserved for 22 months for forensic analysis.

I believe Right-wing influencers have been the targets of a psychological operation to fracture MAGA. Nefarious entities bombarded Right-wing influencers with waves of bots to persuade/entice/bully them into pushing anti-Trump narratives. Influencers were being positively reinforced with millions of likes/views when they say negative things about Trump/Israel. Many are stuck in a dopamine loop, chasing likes/views, and are rewarded by saying “Trump/Israel bad”. Most don’t know they are even being manipulated. They are unwitting stooges. They have no idea they are being artificially boosted by nefarious entities, with the intent of shifting public perception and sabotaging Trump’s support. I believe what we have been witnessing is a highly coordinated psychological operation, and Right-wing influencers were the target. Once these entities controlled the influencers via positive reinforcement and monetary incentive via ad revenue, they were able to push their anti-Trump narratives through the influencers, directly to Trump’s supporters. Now that the MSM has lost substantial influence over the public, Deep State entities are aiming to control the influencers, and in many cases, they are succeeding. We are the media now. Anyone who has influence, is a target. You are engaged in psychological/information warfare, whether you know it or not.

🧵🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: International actors are involved in the State Department led color revolution 🚨🚨 This is not speculation; it’s straight from a recorded call. Ex-USAID employees describe how, before January 20, they moved internal groups off government systems and into encrypted Signal chats, then quickly linked with foreign partners and NGOs after the inauguration. This attempt at creating a color revolution isn't new news; this part was already reported in NOTUS earlier this year. But what's not reported is the international aspect. One participant explicitly frames it as "a global anti-authoritarian movement," connecting U.S. officials with "colleagues from around the world who have dealt with this directly." They reference coordination with Johns Hopkins, "international democracy and conflict mitigation spaces," and efforts to mobilize across borders against what they perceive as domestic authoritarianism. At what point does this become treason? As always, patience as I pull together this thread. 👇

In the shadowed annals of a republic's dawn, where ink bled secrets onto parchment, a single quill stroke decreed: one soul, one mark. Yet whispers persist of phantom ballots cast by echoes—citizens long vanished, their voices multiplied in midnight tallies. Guard the ledger fiercely, for in its purity lies the enigma's core: true power blooms not from chorus, but from solitary verdict.

It is important to understand that Texas was fixing unconstitutional maps which is why they had to redistrict. #NoOnProp50
Texas followed the Constitution. California broke it. When the Fifth Circuit ruled coalition minority-majority districts unconstitutional, Texas lawfully corrected its maps. Meanwhile, Newsom violated the CA Constitution five times to even put #Prop50 on the ballot. @mark_trammell and @MarkMeuser 👇

It’s fascinating, and infuriating, how Gavin Newsom, Barack Obama, and national Democrats are gaslighting their own voters over Prop 50. California Democrats overwhelmingly support our independent redistricting commission. So why is Gavin trying to kill it? Simple: Gavin wants power. Prop 50 isn’t about protecting democracy. It’s about launching his presidential campaign and handing California’s maps back to the same Sacramento insiders voters kicked out a decade ago. Their plan has 3 parts. Step 1: Lie to Democrats by blaming President Trump. They say Prop 50 is response to Trump destroying democracy. That’s pure gaslighting, playing upon Democrats suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. Here’s the truth: Texas fixed unconstitutional racial gerrymanders. They followed the law. That has nothing to do with California’s independent maps. Gavin is exploiting anti-Trump emotion to trick voters into abandoning their own principles. Step 2: Lie that Prop 50 is temporary. It’s not. California’s Constitution allows redistricting only after the census, a referendum, or a court order. Prop 50 creates a fourth way, any time special interests want more seats, they can buy a new map. That means: 💰 Dump millions into Sacramento. 🗺️ Politicians redraw maps to protect their donors. 🧢 Run a deceptive campaign to override the citizen maps. Who loses? The voters of California. Who wins? partisan special-interests. Step 3: Pretend the people are deciding. But California is a republic, not a pure democracy. Even majority rule must obey the Constitution. And Prop 50 maps used race as a predominant factor, exactly what the Constitution forbids. A popular vote doesn’t make an illegal map legal. So why the gaslighting? Because national Democrats are panicking. Their radical policies are losing voters. Without gerrymanders, they risk becoming a coastal party of elites with no national base. They see what’s coming: ⚖️ The Supreme Court could soon end racial gerrymanders (affirmative action for politicians). 📉 2020 census errors gave Democrats ~6 seats, they’ll lose those. 🚚 Voters are fleeing blue states, more seats gone. 📋 A citizenship question in 2030 could cost them even more. National Democrats know that the Congress elected in 2026 will decide if that citizenship question appears. To stop it, they need control of Congress, and Prop 50 is their Trojan horse. This is about special interest power, not California fairness. So yes, Gavin Newsom and the D.C. machine are gaslighting California Democrats into destroying the one reform they actually love. Don’t fall for it. #NoOn50 #NoOnProp50

I am tired of hearing that California is redistricting to combat President Trump and Texas redistricting efforts. Texas was forced to redistrict because the Biden DOJ sued Galveston County and lost which changed the law thus making four Texas Congressional Districts unconstitutional. When Texas drew its congressional districts in 2021, they created four congressional districts where they combined two minority communities to create a minority-majority district (Coalition minority districts). On March 24, 2022, the Biden DOJ sued Galveston County Commissioners because Galveston did not draw a coalition minority district for the Black and Latino population. On October 13, 2023, a Federal Judge agreed with Biden's DOJ and found that Galveston County was required to draw a Commissioner seat by combining two minority communities. On November 10, 2023, a three Judge panel of the 5th Circuit found that combining two minority groups to create a minority-majority district was unconstitutional and thus asked for an en banc panel to review the issue to overturn prior precedents. On Aug. 1, 2024, the en banc panel of the Fifth Circuit concluded "that coalition claims do not comport with Section 2’s statutory language or with Supreme Court cases interpreting Section 2." The Fifth Circuit ruled coalition minority districts are unconstitutional. On July 7, 2025, President Trump's DOJ sent a letter to Texas highlighting the 5th Circuit Order, pointing out that there are four coalition minority congressional districts that are now unconstitutional and that Texas needed to fix the problem. Texas made a prudent choice to redraw the congressional districts so as to save their taxpayers the expense of litigating the losing case of defending minority coalition districts. Texas did not have to redraw four minority coalitions districts because of President Trump. Texas had to redraw the lines because Biden sued Galveston County and the law was clarified that coalition minority districts were unconstitutional. It is important to understand that the 2021 lines drawn by the California Independent Redistricting Commission have never been challenged in Court as unconstitutional because districts were drawn to create coalition minority districts. Since Texas law requires that the Texas legislature draw the congressional districts, the Texas legislature followed the law. However, the California Constitution prohibits the California legislature from drawing congressional districts and instead places that responsibility on the Independent Redistricting Commission. To put Proposition 50 on the ballot for the voters of California to decide, the California legislature had to violate the California Constitution multiple times. The California legislature is asking the voters of California to forgiven them for violating the California Constitution when they should have asked the voters for permission to draw the maps. I was a part of two lawsuits filed before the California Supreme Court asking the Court to stop Proposition 50 before it went to the voters because the California legislature violated the California Constitution. Unfortunately, the California Supreme Court refused to require the California legislature to defend their unconstitutional acts and simply dismissed the Writ without even deciding the merits of the matter. While I am preparing the next lawsuit that will be filed, it is important that the voters of California stand up against the unconstitutional actions of Gavin Newsom and the California legislature by voting No on November 4th to Proposition 50. The next time someone tells you that Newsom had to Gavinmander the State of California, remind them that the reason Texas had to redraw Congressional Districts is because Biden sued and lost which resulted in Texas having to redraw its lines.

The Left has become a troop of disingenuous politicians, aka performative hypocrites, who rally their base with grandiose promises of transparency while secretly funneling funds to their allies, all while accusing their opponents of the same corruption they are actively committing.

I finally realized why Congress won't ban insider trading; It provides cover for the real financial shenanigans. It's better to be accused of cheating, than proven a thief. They need some explanation for their sudden wealth. Without insider trading there would only be book deals and speaking fees, and corruption. Now that the USAID/NGO pipelines are cut off, watch how quickly they pass insider trading bans, or how quickly they suck at stock picking.
