Has gas gotten so expensive that one gallon is fair consideration for creating a viral social media video?
Too bad Gavin Newsom has declared war on California refineries, forcing them to leave the state and driving gas prices through the roof.
But I thought I was told there was no illegal voting. For years, I've been told the citizenship checkbox on the voter application was enough to ensure non-citizens don't vote.
Are you saying my California Democratic elected leaders have been lying to me?
The U.S. Dept. of Justice and Trump Admin announced charges this morning against 28 green-card holders in California (11 of them were arrested this morning) accused of fraudulently registering to vote, with many casting illegal ballots. All 28 are lawful permanent residents, not U.S. citizens.
“Today’s arrests are part of ‘Operation Protect the Vote’ – a coordinated effort among all four California-based United States Attorney’s Offices to combat and root out fraud in U.S. elections and protect electoral integrity,” per the U.S. DOJ.
Is Pennsylvania going to flip red this year?
🚨 PA MAIL RETURNS TODAY vs 2022 (UPDATE)
GOP: 219% (up) ⬆️
Dem: 89% (down) ⬇️
Republicans are more than doubling last midterm’s returns at this point. Democrats are lagging their own 2022 pace.
This is the ground game showing up.
This is what happens when you chase ballots instead of hoping people vote on Election Day.
But the job isn’t done.
Every unreturned ballot still on a table is a vote we haven’t banked.
If you have a ballot at home I’M BEGGING YOU, return it now.
Must be received by 8 p.m. November 3.

Did you know that in 1849, Senator James Shield was unseated because the Senate determined that he was not a citizen of the United States.
Any guesses what party James Shield represented?
🚨 NOW: Federal prosecutors are HONING IN on documents from Somali Rep. Ilhan Omar's FATHER in the case to denaturalize and deport her
DOJ only has to prove that Omar obtained citizenship under FALSE information — whether the lying was intentional or NOT — and that disqualifies her from Congress, from being a citizen, and means she has to LEAVE 👋🏻
She also could've had the wrong age, marking herself as a minor to piggy-back off her father, despite being 18
This case has been building for WEEKS AND MONTHS and AG Blanche is not leaving any stone unturned!
Agents seized her phone in Monday's search, and more than a dozen grand jury subpoenas have gone out in Minnesota, including to her family
If the father's paperwork falls apart, so does hers. Deportation is on the horizon!
At the end of the day, the only poll that matters is the one taken by those who vote by Election Day.
Sadly, many people believe polls that predict their candidate will lose and decide not to vote. In many races with razor-thin margins, these polls do more damage than good. Those who refuse to vote because their candidate will lose are part of the problem.
If you are a U.S. citizen, make sure you vote in the only poll that matters: the ballot box.

This decision is a no-brainer. Any first-year law student knows that what California did would never be upheld by the federal courts.
After running 26.2 miles and finishing the Chicago marathon, my running shoes went to the skydeck and had her picture taken with the medal. My shoes refused to have her picture taken with me because she was mad at me for my lack of fitness.
A marathon may be hard to run but I am sure it would be much easier if one actually seriously trained to run one.
Just because Congress passes a law does not mean it is constitutional. Today I filed a lawsuit against the DOJ asking a federal judge in the Northern District of Texas to decide whether Congress exceeded its authority in 1968 when it passed the Gun Control Act.
The Act requires my clients to obtain a DOJ license to make and sell silencers. The stated purpose of the license is to allow sales across state lines. My clients have no desire to sell across state lines; they want only to sell to Texans as Texas law allows.
Getting the license would force them to complete extensive paperwork, imposing an extreme burden on their small business. They believe the red tape would consume up to one-third of their time solely because they hold a license for interstate sales they do not make.
Our complaint alleges that, as applied to my clients, the Gun Control Act violates the Commerce Clause. Anyone who studies its original intent understands Congress lacks authority to regulate commerce wholly within a state.
Stay tuned.

When someone pretends to be a U.S. military veteran, we call it “stolen valor.”
So what do we call a politician who claims his father was an immigrant — when his father was actually born in Sacramento?
Stolen heritage.
Xavier Becerra has repeatedly called himself the son of immigrants. His mother immigrated from Mexico, but his father was born in California.
Becerra is defending his description, arguing that his father's experiences crossing the border and facing discrimination are part of the immigrant story.
Could this become Becerra's Francesca Hong moment?
Hong's controversial past statements became campaign ammunition before she lost Wisconsin's Democratic gubernatorial primary.
Now Becerra faces questions about his own words just weeks before Election Day.
Sometimes it isn't a scandal that damages a campaign.
It's a politician's own lies.
President Trump is the best real estate developer in world history. He has managed to own real estate in the head of every California Democrat.
Almost every political ad, whether for a candidate or a proposition, if paid for by the left, must—and I reiterate, must—mention @realDonaldTrump.
Is anyone surprised that the Democratic candidate for California governor is willing to lie to Californians about how much of a victim he and his family were when he was a child?
The problem with the Democratic Party is that it is a platform for victims. The only way you win is by playing to the sympathy of others. The bigger your victimhood, the more your star rises within the party.
The Democratic Party is no longer selling the American dream. Instead, it sells victimhood. The more of a victim you are, the higher you rise. Why? Because if you gain power through victimhood, you do not know how to govern. If you get your position based on victimhood, you become a ready stooge for those who fund the party.
If you planned to vote for this liar because you felt sorry for him, you are part of the problem. We live in a republic, which means we elect those who govern us. It is your duty as an American to review the candidates' resumes and determine who is qualified to govern.
Being a good liar is not a quality I want in a California governor.
REPORT 🚨: During CNN's Gubernatorial debate, Xavier Becerra stated that his parents "came to this country with $12". This is a line he has repeatedly used during his campaign for Governor.
The only problem? His dad was born IN California, and the timeline is not adding up.🧵
Could you imagine the hue and cry from the left if @realDonaldTrump proposed a law requiring all voters to attend a 4-hour class to register and another every presidential cycle to renew voter registration?
Why do California Democrats think 4-hour classes are fine for the Second Amendment but would be up in arms if the GOP required them to vote? (I answer the obvious question … They believe they benefit from a voting population that does not understand how they are destroying the fabric of our Constitutional Republic.)
A four-hour class might help voters understand how government works and how laws affect them. Such a law would likely be struck down by SCOTUS as an unconstitutional “poll tax.”
I predict that this California law requiring 4 hour classes will also be struck down as unconstitutional.
Can you imagine the reaction if we called for a mandatory 4-hour class before you could register to vote? Same thing. Constitutional Right delayed. A Poll Tax. santamariatimes.com/news/cal…
Same thing happened with @elonmusk
A billion dollars not spent is a billion dollars saved.
With trillions of dollars in national debt, this is technically a drop in the bucket. Nonetheless … this is progress.
President Trump announced the cancellation of nearly $1 billion in spending. The items in question are wasteful and inappropriate activities for the federal government to engage in. However, the means Trump used (pocket rescissions) are a big problem. 🧵

I’m sorry, but I thought the lame-stream media told us that non-citizens don’t vote.
I won’t hold my breath waiting for them to publish a retraction.

I believe the real problem is that this is free money to the universities. They have no incentive to keep their rates down (thus bloated administrative costs) and thus they can offer degrees have no real job markets.
As such the real solution would be to put the universities on the hook for paying back the loans if students can’t pay it back in a seasonable time.
The universities get the benefit for these easy student loans, make them compete to ensure students get real value for the loans and that they can timely pay it back.
We NEED to CAP student loan interest at 2%.
