My first half marathon as a MOM ❤️
Trying to get back in shape after having a baby is HARD! 7 months postpartum and I’m still amazed at what my body can do.

I ran the last @Run_Mercedes half marathon this morning. I beat my goal of 2:45 by 13 minutes, and most importantly, I didn’t die. I ran the Mercedes Half 5 of the 23 years the race was put on. Farewell, Mercedes Half.

The first out of town half-marathon for PRK results in a PR. Took two minutes off my previous time. Thank you to the Stremlau Family for getting me the best shirt to wear for running a race! @Run_Mercedes, @THETRAKSHAK @cityofbhamal, @WestHam, @fit_leaders

Ran the last @Run_Mercedes today. Ran the half and relay leg with a great bunch of guys. We wore Captain America in memory of my son Connor. Cold but a great day.

Running is an excellent way to experience a city at eye level, understand it’s walkability, and explore a new or familiar place. Thoroughly enjoyed my first marathon running @Run_Mercedes!
