Great episode of @Preshaah_Frosty this week. Frosty is a lot braver than I am telling people off for dropping litter in the street. I prefer to tut loudly rather than run after them shouting "scuse me mate!" #podcast
Had a "little" gin after work, then ran to the station playing my 'exercise bike playlist' instead of 'running playlist'. Ran 2 minutes faster than usual. 🥵
Glad to see my baseline heart rate is settling down. I had a cold over Christmas and couldn't exercise. Now I've been managing to run 4-5 times a week.
Lovely day for a 3 mile run. Furthest I've ran for about 2 months due to life and flu getting in the way. This year I aim to get back to sub 30!
Frosty is running 3 miles a day EVERY DAY! I'm getting shin splints just thinking of it!
Happy New Year to all of our delightful listeners! In their Jan episode The Preshaah and Frosty chat about

Started with a cold before Christmas and still can't so much as stand up without having a coughing fit, so haven't been running for a while.
Managed half hour on the exercise bike yesterday. Hoping a bit of exercise will open up the lungs ready for when I can hit the road again.

Listening to Christmas @numberonererun and Carla mentioned my favourite Christmas song, Lonely Pup in a Christmas Shop. Many years ago me and Owen made a music video...

Before, during, after 10km/6miles. Furthest I've ran for ages! The final hill slowed me right down but feeling good!!!
Happy 4th Birthday @numberonererun!
My top 4 number 2s from that list...
Squeeze - Up The Junction
Elvis Costello & The Attractions - Oliver's Army
The Who - My Generation
Pulp - Common People
Dead spider tech? Horrifying! Otherwise a very enjoyable show...
The Preshaah and Frosty are back with a breakfast show special! Topics include:
- What's your party trick?

So glad @TheOneShowShow is back! Whilst you were away you missed this gem...
"Presenter" on The One Show just said "goodbye see you tomorrow" with 8 minutes left of the show...there was an entire VT segment to go and the man said GOODBYE?!? This show is so crazy! #theoneshow
Listened to @Preshaah_Frosty whilst out for a run today. When the random American lady and Frosty gave their manifesto for a better world I laughed out loud and scared a sparrow!
The Preshaah and Frosty are back with a bumper Summer Special episode at Hyde Park with The Eagles! It is the first face to face recording since Covid. Woohoo!!! There was so much to pack in!
