BREAKING: Trump has revealed his new anti-fraud program set up to reward people who expose fraud with a 1% commission on the money uncovered. "If you turn somebody in and you, let's say report and you find $1 billion, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%."

USB-C as a standard is a big pro-consumer big win. I also like some California regs like including taxes and fees in online travel listings. Makes price discovery infinitely easier so the free market can operate better.
Have to give the EU regulators credit where it’s due for making all Apple products use USB-C

Just found the comment saying "well, the quality of life where I lived in the coastal elite cities in USA isn't that great so Europe was actually an improvement!". They (literally and figuratively) skipped straight over the rest of the USA on their way to Europe.

Hehe - reading the comments now. "Well akshully dishwashers and dryers AREN'T luxury items. In Europe we often don't choose to have one bc our kitchens/houses are smaller and dryers consume too much electricity which is expensive"

The article talks about how all the interviewees almost universally faced hostile backlashes when they posted on reddit or social media about desiring to move back to the USA. Folks are brainwashed. Europe is a great place to vacation or (maybe) live if you have plenty of $.

I like them for the $45,000 they gave me to switch brokerage firms. Otherwise I don't care for the interface or the gambling aspects. Just need somewhere to hodl some ETFs :)

Robinhood is for kids! I say that as an account holder at RH, but acknowledge Fidelity is for actual serious investments

This is messed up. I had to get my SpaceX shares fair and square just like everyone else through the IPO allocation. And he's just giving them away to kids?
Next year, I will give one of my SpaceX shares to every kid in America. This will be the first of many.

Educating my kids on southern American food and just said "Country ham is like a really thick slice of prosciutto". My apologies as I've probably offended 2 continents at the same time!

Hey, if it keeps them solvent and competitive then this is a better alternative than disappearing or rapidly contracting in size of network.

2 more perfectly placed adjacent tweets cannot be imagined. I guess "nothing works at the IRS" is kinda how it was before! ha ha ha
Be honest, we know you guys miss us…😏🥰 “In about a year and a half, the federal workforce shrank by more than a tenth, while targeted grants and contracts declined as well. The government kept functioning much as before. One might call that a success.”
