Super interesting exchange with ChatGPT.
I’m always playing around with and searching and seeing if/how we show up in searches.
It just seems like it’s “reasoning” is certainly like that of a consumer in how one places trust.
Interesting… very interesting 👀
Cool to see Claude spin up agents to complete the task.
Also… Testing taking organic angles with strong engagement metrics (not views) and creating a massive pool of hooks and angles based on outer signal data and current account performance data.
It makes sense in my head. Will report back
Been a busy week… should have dropped this tweet yesterday but instead we dropped our new Gum Protect+ Wintergreen product.
We have sold over 3 million tubes of the non-fluoride Wintergreen and so excited to offer a fluoride version now in the exact same flavor.
So far…
1) Kids + Bubblegum (two weeks ago)
2) Gum Protect+ Wintergreen (now)
Pumped for what’s next…

Heard they have the new Claude ai detector tool in those things… you get caught:
My wife holding our toddler back from interrupting me while I’m vacuuming for the first time all year
Two things happening in this photo…
#1 - not sure how many more nights we will get like this in Northern Michigan so you take it and run with it.
#2 - This is the last boat ride we will take on this boat. Bought it during Covid and it’s been one of the best purchases we have ever made. But… it is getting time to move on.
Man what a week...
#1 - We launched our kids toothpaste.
This is going after an entirely new audience for us and the initial data is facinating.
Across our product line, we tend to see it relatively even between the age groups of 35-64.
Often, we trend older as our products and formulation provides an at home solution to plaque reduction (I'll save the science for another post)
Within the first two days, we have seen a massive spike at the 35-44 crowd.
Not shocking given it is moms buying for their kids.
But what we are also finding is that our new customers this is bringing in aren't just shopping for their kids...
They are shopping for themselves as well.
We have seen an increase in cart size as well as AOV.
Early but exciting. And much more to come across this line 🧸
#2 - We were on Good Morning America on Monday.
Two weeks ago we got asked to fill a last minute slot.
The team rallied. We got products to where they needed to go and we were live on 8/31.

This is not a "look at us" post or "look at me".
It is a post to brag about our team.
I was supposed to be OOO this week. I had a family trip planned. Really hard to do with a new product launch and one that I took/take very personally.
The team crushed this. Between product shoots, internal ads and design work, ops expediting shipping for the airing, LPs and testing, email/flow builds, ect...
So many people/vendors stepped up.
With something like this, it often stresses teams and systems.
And it did. And we can get better... And we will...
But people stepped up. They didn't shy away.
So excited for what we are building both on the front-end as well as behind the scenes.
Honest question…
Why doesn’t @Honeywell_Home @SimpliSafe @ADT @ring or anyone else in the home security space use this as an opportunity to go build trust and take market share?
I get they may already have these security systems but why not lean into this press?
You either are their security system and show that you are working with them to help avoid this or you aren’t… and make bold claims and stand by them on how you will be that business?
But with the season approaching, pick up in interest, a couple years of this stuff happening, feels like an opportunity for an outspoken CEO to “take a stand”

Yeah we have had to do this as well this year.
Have worked with a great SEO team where we gave them we want to be at the forefront of testing and to use us as a test subject.
Just getting on the same page as these guys has been a battle but we are creeping…
