Thanks Carol and Nikki for coming along, and glad you enjoyed the visit. Also great to make the connections with our other partners working in the local community in #Elmbridge

An early start, but thanks to Zoe and Mike for a really interesting and enlightening #DawnChorus walk.

Great to meet Chris and the team this evening, with our trustee Alex, and hear such powerful stories from some of those @EikonCharity are supporting. Proud that @WaltonCharity are supporting their excellent work in #Elmbridge

Really pleased to attend the celebration last night of the Brooklands Innovation Academy, which @WaltonCharity are proud to support. Great to be joined by trustees, to meet Sir Gerald Acher @BrooklandsMuseu and hear @ProfBrianCox inspire scientists and engineers of the future.

Pleased to mark Diana Kingdon's huge contribution to @GreenoakHA over many years. Enjoy your retirement

An honour to mark 10 years of @WaltonHershamfb this evening. Not something to celebrate, but an opportunity to thank the wonderful volunteers, and staff, for all their hard work and support @WaltonCharity @TrussellTrust

One of the great things about working for @WaltonCharity is that we have green spaces available for local people and community groups to use, including our community allotment and the Tree Canopy project. Today we had our own team meeting there! waltoncharity.org.uk/tree-ca…

Great to visit one of our almshouses and meet Rev Ruth Brothwell. Her grandad was a trustee of @WaltonCharity in the 1950s-60s. Ruth was at the opening of the re-built Mayfield in 1966, and presented a bouquet. The first reference to an almshouse here was in 1774 @AlmshouseAssoc

A great seminar, with some excellent speakers and networking. My first @AlmshouseAssoc session in the new role, and no doubt the first of many!

I think this falls under "any other duties" of the job!! Helping the @WaltonCharity team sort out the recycling at #FennerHouse

Jackie has achieved so much over the past 15 years. Will be a huge act to follow, but really looking forward to starting next month.

Thank you. Great to see you earlier, and look forward to working together.

Thanks to @WaltonCharity and @NEF for an excellent report on poverty and low income, and the challenges being faced by people living in #Elmbridge. A must read, and call to action, for those working in the borough.

Absolutely brilliant show tonight @BatTheMusical @WokingTheatre Superb cast and great performances from @Glenn_Adamson and @MarthaKirbs

After Canada, have now found them in Greece for you as well @rachaelwaccent but still @SeabrookCrisps are ignoring your campaign to get them back in the UK!! Sorry they won't make it back!!

Such an uplifting story, and what a difference some gardening and being with people can make.

Great news. Congratulations to all involved
