I was able to replicate the Rolling Pwn exploit using two different key captures from two different times.
So, yes, it definitely works.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to presenting you the Rolling-Pwn attack research on Honda Keyfob system. (rollingpwn.github.io/rolling…)
First time seeing a Rivian DCFC station in the wild (Moosic, PA). Wild how much nicer these are than the v3 Supercharger dispensers.

"I asked, why can't we build this today?
He shrugged and said, 'We don't know how.'"

Okay, after finally reading/puzzling through CrowdStrike's Root Cause Analysis (the way the 20 vs 21 inputs thing actually worked is confusing as hell) I can empathize a bit more with CS's people. And I finally think I can explain what happened here in layman's terms:

Now let's see Paul Allen's card. Look at that subtle off-white coloring. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh, my God. It even has a watermark.
Was just looking at a BAT listing for a 2023 911 Targa and the biggest flex is this car has a two-page Monroney label lol bringatrailer.com/listing/20…
Man, BBS *and* Recaro both going bankrupt in the same week? Stance kids must be pissed.
(It's me, I'm stance kids and I'm deeply upset about it)

Hyundai and Kia are no strangers to theft problems. Now, sophisticated thieves are targeting the brands' EVs with a hacking apparatus disguised to look like a Nintendo Game Boy.

The goofy RF cat-and-mouse the carmakers play with automotive security baffles me.
I'd love to talk to the person who figured this vulnerability out.

I received my first cease and desist for responsibly disclosing a critical vulnerability that gives a remote unauthenticated attacker full access to modify a traffic controller and change stoplights. Does this make me a Security Researcher now?

Traffic control equipment is usually based on legacy systems, and those old-school companies need to be educated. We come in peace ✌️🕊️

Gigantic fans are now being installed at Giga Texas for Tesla's new data center cooling system. This new data center will house 50,000 Nvidia GPUs for FSD training.

Spotted at Le Mans today: the one and only BMW X5 Le Mans. Two seats, engine from McLaren F1 GTR race car, but no restrictors so 700bhp from 6.1-litre V12. @Andrew_Frankel once driven in it around a damp and foggy Nurburgring by Hans Stuck. Had to remind himself to breathe.
I used a 10k resistor in place, just like this. Ignore the awful solder job, the heat shrink hid it anyway.
Powered it back up, and now the connector is reading a much more realistic temp and actually charging.
Kind of like the wet towel trick, I guess.
Total cost: $0.08 cents

⚡️Looking to talk with a current or former Tesla employee involved with the Wall Connector team and has knowledge of how defective wall connectors are disposed of/recycled.
Can we chat?
