Got the numbers for the Super Ego segment tonight. 10M+ and 2M on YouTube. There's more coming same topic, different shows, and multiple networks. If the industry makes enough noise as a whole, things begin to change. I've written articles on @FreightWaves that saw trash companies lose $2B in market cap in 20 minutes. You can literally just do things. Be loud enough about it to where the world, not just the industry demands change especially while we have an administration run by @SecDuffy and @BarrsDerek willing to drive real change.

Maybe we all need to with recent changes. I want to see what the increase in ATA membership levels look with @markMcolson at the helm. My guess is the numbers increase significantly.
Some asked how many u-turn violations also had ELP violations.
Of the 110 inspections with a U-turn-on-interstate violation, 5 also had an English language proficiency violation. That's about 4.5%.
4 of those 5 came after the Turnpike crash.
ELP became an out-of-service violation again on June 25, 2025. Since then:
4 of 76 U-turn inspections also had an ELP violation, about 5.3%.

Since a truck's U-turn on Florida's Turnpike killed 3 last August, inspectors have written 73 more citations for truck drivers making U-turns on interstates.
