I am trying to book a single compartment in the Vienna to Bucharest sleeper in early September. @seatsixtyone suggests trying both Romanian rail and OBB.
I am worried that the sleeper without a number is a place in a 4 berth. Any suggestions?
@seatsixtyone I traveled to Ljubljana There are major works going on. Relaying track at the Austrian border, rebuilding most of the station and bus replacing part or all of the journey to Trieste. Access to the station is now outside via the underpass. Finishes at end year?
More info EC 151 is terminating at Ljubljana. There you have to take EC 143 which terminates at Sezana. It's a bus replacement from there to Trieste. This looks to operate until end of this month

Alas, 1P13 was delayed this morning due to electrical supply problems down in the Basingstoke area (the stock to form the service comes in via Basingstoke). We set off 30 late and I have handed it over to the relieving driver. Now on a short break before heading back up on 1P20.
I ordered some items from @HotelChocolat which were supoesed to be delived by @AmazonHelp. They were dumped 50m away from my flat in an area marked do not leave unattended. I am disabled and walk with sticks so I am unable to collect it.

Replacement ordered and your driver was caught trying to runaway havening dumped a number of packages where he was told not to. Claimed it was due to Amazon restricted time for deliveries. Contempt for disabled ppl by your drivers hurts @MoneySavingExp
@Eurostar @seatsixtyone I am disabled and recently travelled to Amsterdam on Eurostar. I had a number issues with passenger assistance, was given incorrect information by E* Customer Care. Main issue E* claimed that assistance was not available at Amsterdam from them or NS. 1/3
On arrival at the E* terminal at Amsterdam I was provided assistance through security and passport control and onto the train. Note: there is a large gap between the train and platform and assistance is needed. On arrival at St P no assistance appeared 4/5
